What Do We Focus On?
As the YARDH initiative is dedicated to advancing sustainable football, the initiative focuses on the local level to deliver its contributions and services. To achieve that, YARDH follows a structured range guided by the football pyramid:
1- National Associations Range (SAFF)
The initiative primarily targets the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) range at its basic local level, allocating 70% of its effort and focus on researching, training, and consulting the target audience in this range.
2- Regional Associations Range
Our focus at this level is the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) aiming to understand regional trends and dynamics by allocating 15% of its effort and focusing on research only. Consulting services are limited to addressing select regional initiatives.
3- Confederation Range
We focus on the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) range. YARDH initiative dedicates 10% of its total study efforts to examining continental developments and contributing knowledge to AFC-driven initiatives. Consulting services are not provided at this level.
4- FIFA Level
At the FIFA level, we engage primarily 5% of our efforts through strategic research and analysis that align with global trends and directives. Consulting services are not provided at this level
