These Membership Terms outline the conditions under which individuals can register, become members, and access the services provided by YARD Hub. By registering as a member, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Membership Terms, as well as the Terms and Conditions and other relevant policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Volunteership Rules, and Submitting Terms.

Eligibility for Membership

YARD Hub is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality studies, research, and consultations to support the growth of football management. Our main goal is to ensure that our resources benefit the right individuals and organizations who can use them effectively.

To help us achieve this, we require membership registration, which includes providing relevant information such as your job title, organizational affiliation, and the entity you represent. This ensures that our work is shared with those who are most likely to benefit from it, including managers, coaches, and organizations involved in football development, particularly at the community and grassroots levels.

Please note that membership is not open to the general public and is intended for individuals and entities directly involved in football or related fields. The information you provide will help us maintain the integrity of the platform and ensure our services reach those who align with our mission.

To be eligible for membership, you must:

  • Be at least the legal age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Abide by the terms set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

Membership is available to all users who meet the eligibility requirements, regardless of geographic location, though certain services or features may be subject to regional availability.

Suspension or Termination of Membership

YARD Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership for any of the following reasons:

  • Violating the Terms and Conditions, Submitting Terms, or any related policies.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or using the platform for fraudulent purposes.
  • Engaging in any activity that negatively impacts the platform or other users.

If your membership is terminated, you will lose access to your account and any associated services. If you wish to voluntarily terminate your membership, you may do so by contacting YARD Hub’s support team. You may also request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

As a member, you acknowledge and consent to YARD Hub’s collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. YARD Hub is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled securely.

Modification of Membership Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Limitation of Liability
